What is your returns/exchanges policy?

  • We accept return/exchange requests within 30 days of the delivered date.
  • Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.
  • Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the return process.

 

How do i returns/exchanges an item?

🔄 How to Start a Return or Exchange
  • Email us at support@igosturdy.com with following details
  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you‘d like to return/exchange
  3.  Reasons for each return/exchange item(for quality issue please attach pictures)
  4. New item link/color/size for exchange.
  • Get authorization from customer service and ship the parcel back to address provided (Please keep the return receipt).
  • Send the return receipt to customer service to track the parcel and arrange an exchange in advance.
⚠️PLEASE NOTE

Besides quality reasons, return shipping fees are at your own expense. 

 

How soon will i get returns/exchanges?

🔄 Processing & Refund Timeline
  • Once your return is received at our facility, processing of your refund/exchange
    may take up to 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the refund has been processed.
  • We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges
  • Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • We will start the exchange process immediately after the return tracking information confirmed so that you can receive your exhchange item(s) as early as possible

 

Why i haxent't returns my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank/paypal account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can also contact our customer service to check support@igosturdy.com.


📌 Important Notes:

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival.
  • If an item is missing or not in acceptable condition, you may be responsible for the cost.
